After an hour and half of waiting.....

.....we finally saw Santa!!! Apparently Monday nights were "bring your pet" at the Galleria, so we stood in line with every breed of dog you could think of!! It was pretty funny to see all the dogs get their pictures made though :) Cole is actually looking at Dal and me rather than at the camera, but at least we got a grin from him! Check out Cole's right hand....we will have to have a little talk with him about giving people the finger...haha!!!

2 Rompers for sale!

I had these two rompers made for Cole but unfortunately they are waaay too big for him :( They are sized 6 months, but would would fit kids MUCH bigger. Roll Tide!

My brother, Brent was in town for the Alabama/Auburn game so he, Amanda, and I went to the game together. Dal joined us for tailgating but wanted to watch the Florida St/Florida game so he didn't go into the game with us. I am soooo glad I was at this year's Iron Bowl!!! Roll Tide!

4 month check up and eating from a spoon

At Cole's 4 month check up, he weighed 12lbs 11oz and is 24 1/2 inches long. This put him in the 15th percentile for weight and the 50th percentile for height. Looks like he will take after his daddy's body shape. He also had some shots and did great...I on the other hand fought back the tears as they were sticking my baby boy :) Cole is now eating cereal and fruit from a spoon twice a day. He has always had cereal in his bottle for his reflux, so I knew that he would love that. As far as the fruit goes, so far we've only made it through peaches and he LOVES them too! We are so thankful for our healthy boy!

4 MONTHS OLD!!!

Where has the time gone!?!?! Cole is 4 months old today! Believe it or not, he is getting really close to sitting up. For the past month when someone is holding him, he will NOT let them lean him back...he has to be sitting straight up! Now he is getting close to sitting on his own, but still does a face plant into the floor. We go to the Dr. on Thursday to get his 4 month vaccinations :( We are going to try feeding him some cereal and peaches from a spoon tonight, so we'll see how that goes!!!

Cole's new things....

We put Cole's exersaucer together last week....I'm not sure that he is big enough for it but we put him in it anyway.



















At Christmas Village my mom bought Cole this cute little chair. At the time, I thought "oh great, something else to take up more space in our den"...little did I know that this chair would be HEAVEN SENT! Cole absolutely loves it!! He is always so content in his chair. Thank you Nana!!!!

UA or FSU!?!?!

Dal is a big FSU fan...I'm a huge Bama fan.....wonder what Cole will be?! I'm betting on Bama ;)

Reba and Kelly for my 27th Birthday!

We celebrated my 27th birthday this past week. Friday night Dal and I went to see Reba and Kelly Clarkson in concert....it was GREAT! Melissa Peterman (aka Barabara Jean from the tv show "Reba") was the opening comedy act and she was really funny. My camera didn't take great pictures, but we enjoyed the concert soooo much.

Cole's 3 month pictures

We visited Kim Sharit a few weeks ago to get pictures made. Cole wasn't in his best mood but Kim managed to get some smiles. We had to stop the photo shoot to eat then to take a quick nap (in his Halloween costume), but he quickly woke up happy from his nap to get some shots in a hat that Uncle Derek, Aunt Jill, and his cousins gave him. Uncle Derek is a Marine so we love Cole's camo marine hat :) Thankfully Kim was patient with us and got some great pictures...here a some of my favs.
