37 week update

Nothing new to report.  No contractions = no baby  :(    If anyone has any tips on self inducing labor, please share them....I'm desperate to try anything at this point!!!

Yesterday Dal and I celebrated our 5th anniversary!! It's incredible to think how fast the time has flown by! We gotten to do lots of traveling and have so much fun just being with each other. Although our lives are about to change drastically and we are very excited that we are about to become parents, I truly cherish our time alone over the past 5 years. In the past we've always traveled to celebrate our anniversary (Vegas, Tampa, a cruise to Cozumel, etc...), but obviously we couldn't travel this year, so we just went to Ruth's Cris Steakhouse. It was still just as special, nonetheless!!!!

Update on Baby Cole

We went to the Dr. today and Cole is doing just fine.  The ultrasound showed that he weighed approximately 6lbs7oz.  I'm technically a little over 35 weeks, however I'm measuring well over 36 weeks.  Looks like Cole will be a chunky little guy if I carry full term.  He has dropped (and my pelvis sure has felt it!) but I'm not dilated at all.  I go to the Dr. next week, so I'll post an update then!  Hope everyone had a Happy Father's Day!!

34 week belly shot!

34 weeks down, 6 to go!  Other than the obvious complaining of getting big and uncomfortable, I have actually been feeling really great!  I love going to my aquatics class twice a week...it has helped so much with aching and swelling.  Also, I have indulged in a few pregnancy massages....I highly recommend it to all the preggo girls out there!!!  (Every girl needs a little pampering right!?!)

My dr. appointments are going well.  Next Monday we will have an ultrasound to see just what Mr. Cole is up to!  I'll keep you posted!

Baby Tea!

The baby tea was this past Saturday at the Hoover Lake House. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Mrs. Spencer and Amanda... they did such an AWESOME job with the tea details and it was all so pretty! Thanks to everyone that came too! It was so good to see everybody. Cole is all set to arrive thanks to your gifts. We got soooo much great things!!

I didn't get a picture of all of the gifts, nor did I get as many pictures as I would have liked either...I was too busy talking to everyone and opening up presents!

We had so much fun putting up all the great things we got last night! OH! Also, yesterday was Dal's 34th birthday too!!!! We did celebrate his birthday after the tea :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAL!!
