Christmas Day with Ellis Family

On Christmas morning, we headed over to my parents house. After we opened presents, my grandparents, aunt and uncle came over for lunch. Once we were stuffed from all the eating, my parents, brother and Dal's parents came back over to our house to see Cole "open" his gifts from Santa and Mommy and Daddy :)

Christmas in Montgomery

We visited more of my family in Montgomery on Dec. 26th. Thank you cousins Holly, Eli, and Katie for Cole's gift...he loves it! It was soooo great to see you all.

Yes, Cole had his own little Christmas tree too :) It was decorated with lots of "Baby 1st Christmas" ornaments and such. I didn't get a picture of his wrapped gifts under the tree but I managed to gather up some of his new toys for a quick picture.

Busy weekend!

On Saturday morning, Cole woke up with a horrible cold. We went to see Dr. Hamm and it turns out that he has an ear infection to accompany his cold :( This is our first (of many I'm sure) ear infection. All you parents out there know what the past few days have been like having a baby with an ear infection.


On Saturday night, Mom, Dad, Dal, and I went to see "Radio City Christmas Spectacular Starring the Rockettes"...it was WONDERFUL!!!! (see pics) The dancers were amazing and we had a blast. It made me want to go to NYC and see the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall and eager to get to NYC duirng Christmas time (so jealous of Ash and Adam!)

On Sunday, I helped give a bridal tea at my house (no pics..sorry) The tea was absolutely beautiful....gorgeous flowers, delicious food, champagne....yes, we went all out for our friend Brooke :)

Monday morning, I woke up with a cold that Cole has passed on to me :( I feel even worse today but trying to keep up the Tylenol Cold because Lynn and I have our dance Christmas parties today!

Hopefully Dal won't catch our colds since we have so many Christmas parties to get to soon!

Cole's First Christmas pictures

We went to Portrait Innovations today....Cole opens his mouth so wide when he smiles!! The wider the mouth, the happier the baby!!! Here are a few of my favorites....

After an hour and half of waiting.....

.....we finally saw Santa!!! Apparently Monday nights were "bring your pet" at the Galleria, so we stood in line with every breed of dog you could think of!! It was pretty funny to see all the dogs get their pictures made though :) Cole is actually looking at Dal and me rather than at the camera, but at least we got a grin from him! Check out Cole's right hand....we will have to have a little talk with him about giving people the finger...haha!!!

2 Rompers for sale!

I had these two rompers made for Cole but unfortunately they are waaay too big for him :( They are sized 6 months, but would would fit kids MUCH bigger. I am selling them for $30 each or $50 for both. I hate for these cute outfits to go to waste so if you or someone you know are interested in these, PLEASE email me at the address below.

Roll Tide!

My brother, Brent was in town for the Alabama/Auburn game so he, Amanda, and I went to the game together. Dal joined us for tailgating but wanted to watch the Florida St/Florida game so he didn't go into the game with us. I am soooo glad I was at this year's Iron Bowl!!! Roll Tide!
